What Does A Service Involve?
Due to shipping regulations for CO₂ cylinders, we offer a convenient lifejacket collection service via DHL. Once we receive your lifejacket, one of our in-house technicians will perform an industry-leading inspection and service.
If any components require attention—such as cylinders, auto cartridges, clips, or lights—we will contact you with a recommended intervention plan and revised cost before proceeding.
If no interventions are needed, we will issue an invoice for the service (£15 inc VAT) plus return shipping to your chosen address.
What If My Jacket Fails Inspection?
If we find that your lifejacket isn’t suitable for servicing, we’ll get in touch right away to let you know and explain why.
You of course will not be charged for the service but instead a small £3.60 fee (including VAT) that covers the handling.
You won’t be charged this fee if you decide to upgrade to a new lifejacket with us /- we’ll waive it as a thank-you for choosing Angling Safety.
