    Due to shipping regulations for CO₂ cylinders, we offer a convenient lifejacket collection service via DHL. We also have multiple drop off locations.

    Once your lifejacket is received, our qualified in-house technicians will carry out a comprehensive, industry-leading service.

  • 3. RETURNED TO YOU

    If no interventions are needed, we will issue an invoice for the service (£15 inc VAT) plus return shipping to your chosen address.

What is a service?

Once we receive your lifejacket, one of our in-house technicians will perform an industry-leading inspection and service.

If any components require attention—such as cylinders, auto cartridges, clips, or lights—we will contact you with a recommended intervention plan and revised cost before proceeding. Costs will vary from lifejacket make.

If no interventions are needed, we will issue an invoice for the service (£15 inc VAT) plus return shipping (£10.95 inc VAT) to your chosen address.

Upon passing, the jacket will be issued a certificate providing validity for 12 months.

Can I drop off my jacket?

Absolutely, we have partnered with a number of locations to make drop off available. Find your nearest drop off point here.

What happens if my Lifejacket fails?

If we find that your lifejacket isn’t suitable for servicing, we’ll get in touch right away to let you know and explain why.

You of course will not be charged for the service but instead a small £3.60 fee (including VAT) that covers the handling.

You won’t be charged this fee if you decide to upgrade to a new lifejacket with us, we’ll waive it as a thank-you for choosing Angling Safety.

How long will it take?

We aim to service the jacket within 3-5 working days upon arrival.
